Company pays $2.35 million for company to integrate with Zeropark.

CentralNic (AIM: CNIC) has acquired Los Angeles-based online advertising company Adrenalads for $2.35 million.

The company had 2022 revenue of $2.7 million, with an adjusted EBITDA of $0.7 million, pricing the deal at just over three times annual EBITDA.

Adrenalads already works with CentralNic’s Zeropark platform, and the company stated, “The combination of expertise from media-buying and supply management side will provide improved return on investment for both companies. The acquisition aims to seamlessly integrate Adrenalads into the Zeropark ecosystem.”

Adrenalad’s website states that it helps advertisers get direct navigation traffic. Zeropark originated as a company that redirected direct navigation domain name traffic to advertiser sites, although it has expanded to other ad formats since then.

CentralNic has slowed down acquisitions over the past year as it returns capital to shareholders, but it continues to make small acquisitions like this.
