Two new top level domains have new homes.

Two top level domain names have changed ownership.

A recent update to ICANN’s Registry Agreement Assignment page shows that the registry contracts for .realty and .locker have been assigned.

Perhaps most notably, Identity Digital sold .realty to Internet Naming Company. Internet Naming Company, run by Shayan Rostam, contains some of the remnants of Uniregistry. According to the company’s website, it manages more than 10 top-level domain names.

Rostam told Domain Name Wire that the backend for the registry will move to Tucows’ registry services. Tucows acquired Uniregistry’s technical registry services in 2021.

.Realty has just over 1,500 domains in the zone file.

Dish DBS transferred .locker to Orange Domains LLC, led by Muneeb Ali. This company was created in Delaware in September of last year, just prior to entering into a deal with Dish to acquire the domain.
