Neither DNHeadlines.com nor the Exchange collects any information when using Facebook’s login process on the Exchange. We ustilize Google Analytics to collect traffic data information on each and every visitor that visits which is, more or less, the computer preferences like screen resolution, operating system, etc, and additionally visitor geolocation.
The software places a cookie (a text file containing bits of information such as your username and password) in your browser’s cache only, and does not store it locally on the DNHeadlines server. This is ONLY used by the site to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.
If you respond to our advertising or suggestion forms, or subscribe to the newsletter or Exchange, then we may simply ask for your name and email and other information required to fulfill the intent of the form. It would go completely against our grain to do anything with your information that we wouldnt want anyone doing with ours. We will never make your content available to a third party, except to Facebook the aforementioned login information, and only for logging status. If an opportunity arises in which we feel you may be interested, then the opportunity will be presented to you directly from DNHeadlines.com, so long as your are subscribed.
