MyID.ca domain auction yields no results?

Well, it has been 10 business days since the MyID.ca July 14 - 17 auction ended, which is now 7 days beyond their imposed 48 hour clearing period for domain name transfers of auctioned domains.

When I checked on the last day of the auction, with only two hours remaining, that not a single .ca in the auction had met it’s reserve, although there were plenty of bids as there were some good domains up for auction, but none of them triggered the “reserve met” notice.

MyID.ca does not list the reserve price, but instead post a range into which the reserve falls.

There are a few elements to the site that indicate that the site isn’t being maintained; large bolded text that says “Auction in progress”, some typos in the auction dates and a blog that hasn’t been updated since the 15th.

I’ve contacted MyID.ca twice to ask for the sold list and they keep telling me that they will post the list once they have it. I’m hoping the last auction was just a slow week since the Canadian domain market is heating up and I have some great domains I want to throw into the mix and I am in the market to move a few. Canada needs and deserves a broader domain marketplace.

The site states that the next auction will be August 17.
