Facebook sues Canadian for spamming members
Facebook has won a judgment against a Montreal company in a San Diego court for spamming it’s members with emails that contained “false or misleading information” in the subject or header, violating the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act.
